Terms and Conditions for AgriQuiz

Welcome to AgriQuiz. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the AgriQuiz website, mobile application, test series, live tests, mock tests, practice questions, blogs, news, campus star rankings, support services, and related digital features operated by AgriQuiz Education.

By accessing or using AgriQuiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Use

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information while creating or updating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, OTPs, and device access.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access to us.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account that appears fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, impersonated, or in violation of these terms.

2. Educational Purpose of the Platform

AgriQuiz is intended to support exam preparation, learning, self-assessment, performance tracking, and educational engagement in agriculture-related topics and competitive examinations.

• Practice test scores, AI insights, rankings, and recommendations are for guidance and learning support only.
• AgriQuiz does not guarantee admission, rank, job placement, exam success, scholarship, or qualification based on platform usage.
• Users should independently verify official exam dates, eligibility, syllabus, cut-offs, and government notifications from official sources.

3. Test Series, Mock Tests, Live Tests, and Practice Modules

• Access to tests may be free, paid, limited-time, invite-based, or subject to registration conditions defined by AgriQuiz.
• Certain tests may include timers, negative marking, attempt limits, reattempt conditions, prize rules, result publication rules, or leaderboard criteria specific to that test.
• AgriQuiz may modify test schedules, availability windows, question sets, prize structures, or participation rules where reasonably required for technical, academic, or operational reasons.
• In live tests and controlled assessments, users must not use unfair means, bots, scripts, coordinated answer-sharing, impersonation, or multiple accounts.
• AgriQuiz reserves the right to invalidate attempts, withhold ranks, revoke rewards, or disqualify users where cheating, abuse, manipulation, or suspicious behavior is detected.

4. Payments, Pricing, Wallet, and Refunds

• Paid test series, mock tests, live tests, subscriptions, or digital services may require advance payment through supported payment gateways.
• Prices, offers, coupon benefits, and promotional terms may change at any time before purchase.
• AgriQuiz wallet balances, cashback, referral credits, share rewards, and promotional credits are platform benefits and may be governed by additional rules, expiry conditions, or fraud checks.
• Wallet credits may be reversed if they were issued due to abuse, duplicate claims, refunded transactions, fraudulent referrals, or technical miscalculations.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments for digital educational access are generally non-refundable after access is granted or an attempt is started.
• If AgriQuiz decides, at its sole discretion, to issue a refund, reversal, wallet credit, or adjustment, that remedy will be treated as full settlement of the concerned claim to the extent permitted by law.

5. Rankings, Leaderboards, Campus Stars, and Rewards

• Platform rankings may depend on earned points, test results, timestamps, eligibility checks, moderation rules, and internal tie breakers.
• College-wise rankings, campus star lists, overall toppers, and reward-based lists are generated from platform activity and may update over time.
• AgriQuiz may revise displayed points, ranks, badge positions, or leaderboard entries if data errors, moderation decisions, or abuse checks require correction.
• Any prize, reward, recognition, or public display may be withheld, withdrawn, or corrected if participation rules were violated or if verification remains incomplete.

6. AI Features and Automated Insights

• AgriQuiz may offer AI-based performance summaries, weak-topic analysis, practice suggestions, and automated study insights.
• AI outputs are generated automatically and may sometimes be incomplete, approximate, delayed, or imperfect.
• Users must not rely solely on AI outputs for legal, academic, medical, financial, or career-critical decisions without independent verification.

7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, republish, resell, leak, distribute, or commercially exploit AgriQuiz content without written permission;
• attempt to reverse engineer, probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass any technical protections on the platform;
• upload malicious code, use bots, automate interactions, or interfere with normal platform operations;
• post abusive, defamatory, unlawful, infringing, or misleading content through support, comments, contact forms, or submissions;
• impersonate another user, institution, staff member, or official authority.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• All AgriQuiz branding, logos, design systems, content structures, tests, question banks, graphics, software, interfaces, and learning materials are owned by or licensed to AgriQuiz unless stated otherwise.
• Access to the platform does not transfer any ownership rights to users.
• You may use platform content only for your personal educational and non-commercial use unless we provide written permission for broader use.

9. User Content, Feedback, and Support Submissions

• If you submit queries, reports, feedback, screenshots, suggestions, or support content to AgriQuiz, you grant us the right to use that material to review issues, improve services, and maintain platform operations.
• You must ensure that anything you submit does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

10. Availability, Changes, and Service Interruptions

• AgriQuiz may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue any feature, test, page, plan, wallet rule, referral rule, or content set at any time.
• We do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device, browser, network, or operating environment.
• Scheduled maintenance, urgent fixes, connectivity failures, and third-party service issues may temporarily affect access.

11. Third-Party Services

AgriQuiz may rely on third-party payment gateways, analytics tools, notification providers, hosting vendors, login providers, or embedded media platforms. We are not responsible for independent third-party terms, privacy policies, outages, or actions outside our control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

AgriQuiz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriQuiz disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted access, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriQuiz, its founders, team, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of rank, missed opportunities, exam outcomes, data loss, device issues, payment interruptions, or business interruption arising from platform use.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgriQuiz and its associated persons from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, policy violations, unlawful conduct, or infringement of third-party rights.

15. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access, refuse service, revoke benefits, or block features at our discretion if we reasonably believe a user has violated these terms, abused the platform, manipulated results, or created legal or operational risk.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction in Chhattisgarh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of AgriQuiz.

17. Changes to These Terms

AgriQuiz may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this page unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
